Responsibilities: I oversee the customer call database for our six brands and work with agronomists and salesmen on issues with product quality.  I am also developing a Quality Assurance manual for our production and research facilities in North America and training employees on those procedures.

Words for prospective students: The contacts that I have made through the Department of Crop Sciences and the College of ACES have been a tremendous asset - from recommending me for jobs, to providing agronomic advice and collaborating on current research projects.  I’m very grateful for the friendships and partnerships that were formed during my college career.
